La Casa del Bacalao

We offer our customers the finest Norwegian smoked salmon, Danish pickled herring, Santoña anchovies and delicious Galician preserves.

We also prepare our own cod and combine all these products into tapas that the customer can sample for a very reasonable price and then take home. Our ajoarriero (cod stew with red peppers), brandade, Galician style octopus, smoked salmon and cod foie gras are always a hit with all our customers, whether from Madrid, other parts of Spain or abroad.
